Sadly, when you link teacher pay to student performance, then the best performing students get access to the best teachers. The irony being that the students who need dynamic, excellent teachers the most become the people with the least access to them.

This is the first paper I’ve found linking Alzheimer’s and cell phone use - that microwaves can be so powerful when used at such a low level isn’t surprising when you add up all the hours.
